She skippered Australia in a record-breaking World Cup only last year. And now she has a bone to pick. 🤔

"We had a home World Cup last year with basketball and football is a way bigger sport in the world. We broke a lot of records for basketball last year in the World Cup and it's been amazing to watch the Matildas just absolutely knock all of that out of the park," Madgen told Wide World of Sports.

She admires Mary Fowler, Steph Catley and Mackenzie Arnold, as well as Chloe Logarzo and Emily Gilenik, neither of whom are featuring in the World Cup due to injury.
