Breaking: Premier Gladys Berejiklian has survived a no-confidence motion in Parliament today in the wake of recent revelations about her secret relationship with disgraced ex-MP Daryl Maguire. Follow our live coverage:

It comes after Premier Gladys Berejiklian revealed at the inquiry on Monday that she and Mr MaguireThe inquiry has previously heard recorded phone conversations between the Premier and Mr Maguire in which he told her about possible property deals. In one instance, Ms Berejiklianabout one of Mr Maguire's associates. The Premier has said she was not aware of a misuse of his position.

"It is important for us to convey a message to the government that we're not prepared to support the government in their legislative agenda while she leads their party and in fact is the premier of NSW. "You know, whether she acted corruptly or not might in the end not be the issue. The issue is did she act in a proper way? Did she actually do what the law required her to do? She is the person at the top of the tree in NSW from a government point of view," Mr Borsak said.
