The Original Juice Company has announced plans for a $400 million combined company.
The ASX-listed Original Juice Company has announced a plan to buy both Aussie canned foods giant SPC Global, and powdered milk business Nature One Dairy, in a move that they anticipate will create a $400 million company.
The NOD purchase will also endow the new entity with pathways into Asian markets. The company, though Australian-founded, is registered to trade in Singapore.SPC is the largest of the three companies involved, having made $271 million in revenue for the 2024 financial year, compared to $49 million for OJC and $46 million for NOD.
