The Israeli military has fired two army officers who were involved in the operation that killed Australian Zomi Frankcom and six fellow aid workers.
Australian woman Zomi Frankcom was among seven people killed in an Israeli airstrike while delivering aid on Monday.The federal government is furious that the Israeli officers responsible for the fatal operation were not stood down during the investigation.
: Palestinian Saifeddin Issam Ayad Abutaha, Lalzawmi “Zomi” Frankcom of Australia, Damian Soból of Poland, Jacob Flickinger of the US and Canada, and James Kirby, James Henderson and John Chapman of Britain were all killed in the Israeli airstrike.
