Treasurer Jim Chalmers says the 2023 intergenerational report is a really important chance to focus the nation’s mind on the future. “I’m optimistic about the future but we can’t be complacent about it,” he told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell. “We’ve got a big chance in this country to make the big trends and transitions in our economy and our society work for us and not against us – that’s what the IGR is all about.”
