A royal photographer who toured the world with Prince Harry and his family has taken exception to the Duke's claims, insisting he changed 'suddenly' when he met Meghan Markle.

A veteran British royal photographer has appeared to take a swipe at Meghan Markle over Prince Harry's"sudden 180 turnaround" in behaviour.

But Mr Edwards said all that changed when the Duke of Sussex met Meghan in 2016 and he suddenly became more challenging to work with. "He would sort of take us [the press] to the pub at the end of a trip and we would all have a good drink and laugh with him, and he would pay the bill and he would say: 'Look, I do everything possible I can to help you guys get great pictures.'

Mr Edwards spoke of how the Duke of Sussex' personality shifted once he began dating Meghan, making him more difficult to work with. Picture: Michael M. Santiago/Getty Images. "But this woman has done nothing to deserve such cruelty. And whenever I complained about it, privately or publicly, people just rolled their eyes."
