Thousands of mourners have gathered outside the Zojo-ji Temple in Tokyo on Tuesday to pay their respects for former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe who was assassinated on Friday.
A hearse bearing the 67-year-old's body made its way through downtown Tokyo where Japanese flags draped in black ribbons lined the street.
