“U.S. President Joe Biden bites a baby during a trick-or-treaters celebration for Halloween at the White House in Washington,” she said. Footage shows the President speaking to a mother holding the baby dressed like a turkey, before the 81-year-old moves closer and pretends to bite the child. The President's antics didn't end there with another picture emerging from the same event showing Biden playfully biting the toes of a different baby.
