Joe Biden says he is 'feeling fine', with the US President's doctor saying he is suffering a rare 'rebound' case of COVID just three days after emerging from isolation.

The 79-year-old was treated with the anti-viral drug Paxlovid after he first contracted the virus on July 21 White House physician Kevin O'Connor said in a letter that Mr Biden "has experienced no re-emergence of symptoms, and continues to feel quite well".In accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, Mr Biden will re-enter isolation for at least five days.The agency says most rebound cases remain mild and that severe disease during that period has not been reported.
"I'm feeling fine, everything is good," said Mr Biden, a pair of aviator sunglasses in his hand. "But Commander and I got a little work to do."
