The WikiLeaks founder will contest the United Kingdom High Court's decision to reject his appeal against extradition to the United States, where he could face up to 175 years in prison for espionage.
“On Tuesday next week my husband Julian Assange will make a renewed application for appeal to the High Court,” she tweeted.
Assange had appealed to the High Court last year after the UK government approved his extradition to the US. Under former president Barack Obama’s administration, Washington revealed they would not move forward in prosecuting Assange over concerns it would set a dangerous precedent.
