A dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist is seeking a Junior Support Engineer to provide line support for end-user computing while carrying out preventative maintenance . Applicants must be willing to live and work in a remote part of the Northern Cape . \Essential requirements include Matric/Grade 12 (non-negotiable), a suitable IT-related tertiary qualification, and 2+ years of work experience providing end-user computing support.
Candidates must be medically fit, possess a valid driver's license, and own a reliable vehicle. \Responsibilities include reviewing automated reports and logging service requests for remedial work. Monitoring tools encompass N-Central, SCOM, PRTG, WhatsApp, SolarWinds, Nagios, and Quest. Due to the remote location, applicants must be medically fit.
