Shadow Education Minister Sarah Henderson says Labor are busy “waffling on about the Voice” but have dropped the ball by closing down schools estimated to educate 150 Indigenous children.

“Where are the voice of those children who are now being denied a proper education?” Ms Henderson said to Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“Education Minister Jason Clare has really dropped the ball and demonstrated that he is not placing the needs of Indigenous children in these really remote areas as a priority.”
