Liverpool legend Didi Hamann played for Man City after leaving the Reds and has spoken out on the 115 charges his old club are facing for alleged Premier League financial breaches
Didi Hamann has questioned the integrity of the Premier League amid the ongoing case against Man City for allegedly breaching the English top-flight’s financial rules.
Hamann is a Liverpool legend, having won the Champions League and a cup treble with the Reds during his seven years at the club. However, he spent three seasons with Man City after leaving Anfield, making 71 appearances and scoring two goals. “The one thing that is very clear in this ongoing case against Manchester City is that it needs to be resolved and it needs to be resolved quickly for the integrity of the Premier League,” he told Prime Casino.
