A popular local Mexican restaurant is killing two birds with one stone by installing solar carports, saving money and providing their guests with shade. The panels were installed at La Hacienda de Los Barrios on Redland Road. The 444 panels will provide shade for about 56 parking spots and save around 25,000 in energy costs, said Big Sun Solar.
