Sky News host Chris Kenny says losing a child to a dog attack should be a “national disgrace” following the death of a two-year-old in the NSW town of Cowra yesterday.
“Any dog big enough to kill a kid, and that’s a hell of a lot of dogs, every one of them must be under the control of their owner at all times,” he said.“No dog owner has a right to take risks on behalf of other people’s kids.”
Mr Kenny added local council’s need to crack down on dogs and their owners and he “doesn’t care” how unpopular it might be.
