Aura, a new development in North Sydney. One of the units will be given away.
Three competition finalists who attend the game will be invited onto the field at halftime for a Survivor-style puzzle making challenge.The winner will have the chance to draw from a group of keys, one of which will open the door to the new apartment. Located at 168 Walker St, the Aura development was designed by architects Woods Bagot and Richards Stanisich.The project’s structure is visible but still under construction. It is expected to be completed by mid-2024 and will include a six-level basement carpark.It is on the doorstep of North Sydney Council’s Ward Street Precinct masterplan, at the northern end of the CBD.
“Our design takes into account the natural walkability of North Sydney by extending the pedestrian desire lines from the Ward Street Precinct through the site,” Mr Cooper said.
