Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson shares why he wanted to move away from reality TV
"I love people so I never feel like I am [solo], because it’s radio, I love to get people calling and texting in.
"It’s really conversational and reactive, so it’s a lot of talking to people and getting people’s stories in. I never feel alone, but it is true, I lead the show and it’s just me. But I feel like I have a family.""But being a radio host has really let me release my inner fan. I get to speak to all these people I’ve looked up to for so long, even if they are younger than me.
"It’s everything I’ve wanted to do, and I hope I’m good at it but I’m still learning. I’m relatively new and there’s so many people to look up to."Shop Sky deals across TV, broadband and mobile
