The system was moving offshore, but the Bureau of Meteorology issued a major flood warning for Laidley Creek, south-west of Brisbane, on Thursday morning. In Caboolture on Thursday morning, the Queensland Ambulance Service said multiple vehicles were caught in floodwater on Beachmere Road at 7am, but no one was injured or required transport to hospital.
