Deividas Skebas to appear in court on Monday over stabbing of nine-year-old Lilia Valutyte in Boston

In a statement, Lincolnshire police said: “We have this evening charged 22-year-old Deividas Skebas with the murder of nine-year-old Lilia Valutyte.” Skebas, a Lithuanian national of Thorold Street, Boston, is due to appear at Lincoln magistrates court on Monday. Police officers have been speaking with members of the public in the town to listen to their concerns and Lincolnshire police will “continue to maintain a significant presence over the coming days”.
