He was arrested after he threw a cup of ice in a bin to evade police protection - yes, that kind of 'ice'.

“While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, officers noticed that the 39-year-old passenger appeared to be drug-affected and the car smelled of cannabis,” NSW Police said in a statement today.

During the search, the man allegedly “attempted to throw a coffee cup containing methylamphetamine into a nearby bin”.
