A man and a young girl have died, and two young boys have been flown to hospital, after a single-vehicle crash west of Taree , on the NSW Mid North Coast.
NSW Police received a concern for welfare report for a man and three children, around 1am on Saturday. Officers were told they may have been travelling to see a relative, and when they didn't arrive, police were contacted and started an investigation. Police patrolling The Bucketts Way, in Tugrabakh, located an SUV which had left the road and gone down an embankment around 3am.An 11-year-old girl also died at the scene.
