A man has been arrested after allegedly dumping a stolen car near Melbourne's Burnley Tunnel, creating traffic chaos.Police said the man had earlier been spotted in Wenden Street in Mill Park after reports of a suspicious vehicle about 1.15pm. "A check of the car identified the car was believed involved in a robbery last week and the Air Wing was called in to assist," police said.
