Police believe a car and a motorcycle were involved in a collision on Narina Way in Epping about 8pm yesterday.

The rider then allegedly threw a lit rag at the 19-year-old driver, setting him and the car on fire, before fleeing the scene.Neighbours used buckets of water to douse the flames.A 35-year-old man was arrested at a Narina Way address this morning.
He has been charged with 15 offences including intentionally causing serious injury, conduct endangering life, assault with a weapon and possessing an imitation firearm.Continue reading
