Mr Phillips died after he was allegedly stabbed in his front yard on Carey Avenue at Seaton on Tuesday night. On Friday morning, a 19-year-old man from the eastern suburbs was charged, at the city watch house, with murder. An SA Police spokesperson said the man was known to the alleged victim and "there is no evidence to suggest the involvement of any other person".Police have not confirmed if the man is the same person they arrested on Wednesday for illegal possession of a shotgun and ammunition.Detective Superintendent Des Bray previously said power at Mr Phillips's house was cut off to lure him outside where he was "immediately set upon".
