Emergency services were called to the Logan Motorway at Heathwood after a man was struck by a vehicle on Thursday night.
A 33-year-old man has died after crashing into a guardrail, getting out to check and being struck by another vehicle on the Logan Motorway.
A crime scene on the Logan Motorway had trucks and cars waiting hours to pass through after a man was struck by a vehicle.As a result of the crash, the man has stepped out of the vehicle and was standing in the left-hand lane of the motorway. The 33-year-old Logan man was rushed to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition, where he has since died as a result of his injuries.Queensland Ambulance Services medical director Stephen Rashford it was a “complex scene involving a number of vehicles”.
