"Hit him over the head as much as you want," Schvarts also said as he egged on Bradshaw and the other man, who has not been charged over the incident.
Bradshaw was jailed in the County Court of Victoria on Tuesday after pleading guilty to extortion with a threat to inflict injury and intentionally causing injury. Schvarts was jailed for 571 days, but walked from the court because he had already served his time in pre-sentence detention.
