The victim was treated by paramedics after emergency services were called at about 8.45am, but he died at the scene. “The victim had gotten out of the vehicle after being threatened by the car following him, and obviously words were said,” Ranee said.“I feel bad for the victim’s parent, the victims family, and I feel for the driver. Please come forward and hand yourself into police, because we will find you,” he said.
