A man has died after a horror crash involving three motorbikes in the New South Wales central west just hours on from police being called to a single vehicle smash on the same stretch of highway.
A man has been killed on a major highway after a crash involving three motorbikes, with the fatal incident occurring hours after a single vehicle smash in the same area.
Officers who were called to Larras Lee after the heavy vehicle crash about 8.25am were waiting around for it to be towed away when the motorbikes collided. Picture: Tom Parrish "The officers at the scene went to the assistance of the rider who fell off his motorcycle; however, he died at the scene."A 66-year-old-man who was identified as the first rider was taken to Dubbo Hospital so they could undergo mandatory testing, while a 69-year-old man who was identified as the third rider was taken to Westmead Hospital in Sydney suffering non-life threatening injuries.
