A 40-year-old man was fatally shot by police in Adelaide, Australia, after he stabbed himself and threatened officers with a knife.
At least two officers have been forced to shoot a 40-year-old man who had stabbed himself and then threatened police before lunging at them with a knife inside a south Adelaide home.
