The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was shot outside a far West Bexar County home early Wednesday morning.
Deputies were called just before 1 a.m. to the home in the 15400 block of Bobwhite Quail, not far from both Highway 211 and Potranco Road, outside Loop 1604.
According to deputies, the victim, a man in his 20s, had previously arranged to sell some shoes to someone when he was shot in the chest in front of his house. The man was taken by ambulance to University Hospital, where he’s currently listed as stable. The BCSO said they have no suspect information at this time. It’s also unclear if anything was stolen.The investigation and search for a suspect is ongoing, deputies said.
