A man is fighting for life after being stabbed during an alleged carjacking in Melbourne’s southeast on Sunday night. Police say two women approached a 35-year-old man near a strip of shops on Lurline St, Cranbourne about 9.40pm and allegedly stabbed him before stealing his car.
Melbourne carjacking and stabbing It’s believed the man attempted to seek help inside a nearby pizza shop but collapsed onto the road. Residents stepped in to help with one telling 7NEWS there was “blood everywhere”. “I just went straight with my hands on the wound while I was on the phone,” “His hands were all sliced up, through his fingers. “I was just screaming for towels.” The victim was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
