Paul Neilson, of Spalding, is accused of the murder of Colette Helen Marie Law, from Greenock, reports Lincolnshire Live. The 26-year-old's body was discovered in the grounds of St Mary and St Nicholas Church on Church Street, Spalding, Lincolnshire, by police on July 17.The 30-year-old, who appeared in a grey jumper with a shirt underneath and grey joggers, spoke only to confirm his name.Prosecuting barrister James Varley appeared via video link, while John McNally represented Neilson in court.
