The pop star attended the haute couture presentation Saturday night, where she arrived alongside designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce. For the occasion at Piazza Duomo in Siracusa, Sicily, which marked the 10-year anniversary of Alta Moda, the"Fantasy" singer wore a spin on her favored, curve-hugging silhouette.
Styled by DiAndre Tristan, the plunging gown included a short circular train and was an intricate patchwork pattern in hues of red, blue, and yellow. The star finished the look with gold platform heels, a black hand fan, and an extravagant gold and aquamarine tiara atop her blown-out blonde hairdo. The"We Belong Together" singer shared several photoss from the night on Instagram, including a pic with her fellow guests Drew Barrymore, Sharon Stone, and Helen Mirren.
