Top-secret leaked documents reveal what Melburnians will and and won't be able to do once stage four ends in ten days time., a preliminary draft of the city's lockdown exit road map shows that once current restrictions end on September 13 residents may be able to exercise for two hours a day, split up into two sessions.
However, the 8pm-5am curfew would stay in place for a further two weeks, as would the restrictions on businesses. It all comes after Victoria's state of disaster was extended for at least a further 11 days yesterday. "It doesn't automatically mean that the state of emergency or the state of disaster will expire on the 13th," Premier Daniel Andrews said.
