Melbourne is home to more than a quarter of Australia’s most expensive and elite streets, and they’re not all in Toorak. See if yours is in the top 100
It’s good news for entrepreneur Ruslan Kogan who bought an almost $20m house for his mum and dad on the ritzy promenade in 2021.
Ruslan Kogan’s parents’ home is in Melbourne’s most expensive and elite street, according to Suburbtrends research. “For buyers, if you are going to buy into a suburb’s elite streets, understanding where it sits will help you make a better informed decision when you buy,” Mr Lardner said. Outside of Toorak, Webb St in Brighton made No. 52 on the list with a $5,332,500 median house price. The bayside ‘burb’s Farleigh Grove, where the typical home’s value was pegged at $5.271m, was the 57th most pricey address in the nation.
