Queensland Premier Steven Miles and Opposition Leader David Crisafulli have faced a grilling on Sky News ahead of their final full day of election campaigning.

The pair will spend Friday visiting key areas trying to convince undecided voters to back their party with less than 24 hours until the state head to polls on Saturday.

"It shows how close the election is going to be," Mr Crisafulli told Sky News host Peter Stefanovic, after being asked if the Newspoll showed voters had lost trust in him. "Labor love saying that but we’ve put forward plans for the four big crises. They’re the issues Queenslanders want solutions on," Mr Crisafulli said before being stopped.Mr Crisafulli hit back saying Queenslanders he has spoken to wants to see a change, referencing the LNP's pledge of adult time for adult crime for juveniles, real time hospital data amid ambulance ramping concerns and more housing.

Stefanovic noted up to 1.3 million votes had already been cast in postal and early polling, and those residents did not get to see his party's costings. "With change can come risk, risk to cuts. They announced $7 billion worth of cuts yesterday, as well as risks to a woman's right to choose," Mr Miles said.Stefanovic referenced the LNP's costings and how that showed his government had"fattened the bureaucracy" and savings could have been made.

Mr Miles argued despite the little time he had to convince Queenslanders, he had"not wasted a moment" to deliver on cost of living, community safety, housing and health.
