Police are searching for a Melbourne couple who went hiking on Mount Buffalo on Friday morning and haven't been seen since.
The couple, Trevor Salvado, 60, and Jacinda Bohan, 58, were last seen by friends at caravan park in Bright on Friday when they left for Mount Buffalo around 9.30am in their fawn-coloured Skoda Yetu. The pair, from Essendon, were expected to return from a bushwalk at Reservoir Track on Mount Buffalo about 12.30pm but did not return.Police and family hold concerns for their welfare as their disappearance is out of character and police are appealing for public assistance to help find them.Police have released images of the pair in the hope someone may recognise them and be able to provide information on their whereabouts.
Mr Salvado is described as approximately 183cm, with a medium build, short grey hair, blue eyes, grey moustache and fair complexion. Ms Bohan is described as approximately 170 cm tall, with a thin build, light brown/blonde short hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.
