Instead of preparing for Christmas, a Tasmanian family is getting ready for a funeral on Friday morning; the second in two days as the city of Devonport mourns another victim of last week’s jumping castle tragedy.
Jye Sheehan, 12, was one of six Hillcrest Primary School students killed in the horrific accident on December 16.Yet to be farewelled are Addison Stewart, 11, Jalailah Jayne-Maree Jones, 12, Peter Dodt, 12 and Chase Harrison, 11.
Their schoolmate, Zane Mellor, 12, was farewelled at the same venue on Thursday, exactly a week after the freak incident which took their lives.
