Passengers at Sydney Airport have been hit with a second day of flight cancellations and delays due to gusty winds.

Sydney Airport said in a statement that single runway operations would likely be in place by late morning."Airlines are working hard to re-accommodate passengers and get them on their way."Air traffic at Brisbane Airport was also constrained yesterday evening for the second time this week due to shortages of air traffic controllers, which is also understood to be having knock-on effects on services across the network.
An airline spokesperson said four passengers and three flight attendants were initially treated by an onboard doctor and crew members.
