More than 6,000 Canberrans test negative to coronavirus, as new data reveals the location of COVID-19 cases in the city.

More than 6,000 Canberrans have tested negative to coronavirus, as data reveals Tuggeranong in Canberra's south has more confirmed cases of COVID-19 than any other part of the city.Three cases — two women and one man — have been reported in the past 24 hoursThere have been 103 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the ACT, with three new cases recorded in the past 24 hours.

Due to the small sample size, the numbers lack statistical significance, though the Government said it was monitoring the location of the cases as part of tracking the spread.Twenty-four cases have been recorded in the Tuggeranong Valley, which has an older population than Canberra as a whole.According to the data, there have been 17 cases recorded in Canberra's inner south, where, with a smaller population, the infection rate is almost double that of the Tuggeranong town centre.

The remaining three cases are located in more remote areas of the ACT to the east of the city, including Uriarra Village.
