A man has died after he was arrested following a 'scuffle' with residents over an alleged attempted car break-in in Melbourne's north. 9News
The man was allegedly then confronted by residents "and a short scuffle ensued", according to police.
He was arrested and treated by paramedics but became unresponsive and died at the scene, police said."He was dazed, it was like he didn't know where he was," he said.Another resident said she no longer wants to live in the suburb, which is about 17km from Melbourne. "I am thinking that picking up and moving out of Craigieburn because it's not like how it used to be," she said.
