'If you just want to know what someone with an addiction looks like, all you have to do is look in the mirror because it can be any one of us,' said Dr. Jasmin.
"We have had people overdose inside of our building and outside the building as well," said Shilo Jefferson, Regional Director of the Legler Regional Library.
"We have been asking for it for a while because it just is very much needed in this neighborhood," said Jefferson.— a region of the city known for a high rate of drug overdoses. "People feel safe here, and they feel like if something happens to me, someone's gonna help me — which is the truth. So we're here to help people," said Jefferson.
