Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system enhancements to optimize network security and performance.Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams. Stay up-to-date with current network technologies and industry best practices by attending networking workshops and pursuing certifications.3+ years proven work experience as a Network Engineer or similar role in network administration.Hands-on experience with networking devices and network diagnostic tools.Professional Certification such as Cisco Certified Network Professional , CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
