There have only been 833 tests done over the Easter weekend, when usually 4000 tests are done each day.
Mr Hazzard said people should still take social distancing measures seriously, and said "we cannot get too excited about that result". There are 2854 cases in NSW, with 141,777 people tested - the most in any state. He said he wanted to remind young people who are still going out to "maintain social distancing".
