The new campus includes 20 technology-enabled houses , intermediate care offering 20 rooms with care, centre of excellence – a learning hub with meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, interview and clinical treatment space, Technology Enabled Care demonstrator and learning zone and a cafe.

The housing aspect of the hub forms part of the wider South Lanarkshire Council’s Home+ programme which is supported by funding from the Scottish Government’s Affordable Housing supply programme.
