The Tasmanian Premier has struck a deal with two Liberal MPs turned independents that is set to result in AFL agreements being released as debate intensifies over a stadium in Hobart.

The Tasmanian Premier on Saturday was offered crucial support by two government MPs turned independents just days out from the state's budget.

However, the pair will now"guarantee supply, vote to pass all appropriation and revenue bills and vote in favour of the government on any confidence motions". The agreement came after Mr Rockliff moved to allay concerns Ms Alexander and Mr Tucker have about the Macquarie Point development. Ms Alexander and Mr Tucker will also be briefed by the government"on any legislation or other significant matters as requested".
