Serendipity Labs – which has coworking locations in more than a dozen states – is moving into a 24,000-square-foot space in the One Legacy West tower on Legacy Drive. The fourth floor space in the 14-story high-rise was previously operated by Florida-based shared office companyThe One Legacy West office building is located in the $3 billion Legacy West mixed-use development on the south side of State Highway 121.
“This location will serve as a flexible alternative to conventional office leasing for Dallas Metroplex companies that have decided to downsize their long-term office lease commitments, and for those that want to support new, hybrid workplace policies with better access to amenities in a high-quality building,” Serendipity Labs Chairman and CEO John Arenas said in a statement.
“We are convinced that Serendipity Labs will be successful in this location with its international coworking network, decades of management experience, and reputation for delivering world class service,” Gaedeke Group’s CEO Sabine Gaedeke Stener said in a statement. “Another compelling reason for selecting Serendipity Labs was to be able to offer our tenants, including those in other locations, on-demand access to their entire network.
