Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley is trying to be a “neo-conservative policy wonk” to stand out in her election campaign, according to Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney.
“Everyone’s trying to find their lane, Nikki Haley is trying to find this ‘I want to be the woman, I want to be the next generation, I want to be the neo-conservative policy wonk’ she’s trying to find her footing there –
she doesn’t want to attack Donald Trump,” he told Sky News Australia.“So they’re all trying to find out who they want to be, and in the meantime Trump and DeSantis are slugging it out as the two frontrunners that they are.”
