A number of stores in Yamanto, a suburb of nearby Ipswich, were also identified while tracing the movements of the 28 cases now part of the cluster first uncovered at the Brisbane Youth Detention Centre late last month.
In the contact tracing update, Queensland Health advised anyone who attended the two spa sales centres in half-hour blocks on August 29 — Spa Choice in Springwood from 10.30am and Spa World in Underwood from 11am — to get tested if they develop any symptoms and isolate until their results return. On August 30, a confirmed case visited the Dominos at Yamanto while another headed to the nearby Woolworths. Signs posted at the supermarket by management state the store had a "detailed deep clean" on Tuesday night.
