“As a result, there are no plans to progress a bridge project in these communities,” Transport Committee chair Ryan Murphy said.“What we need to see is a greater focus on the bridge crossings that do exist,” he said. “We have one lane across the Brisbane River at Walter Taylor. And that is basically one lane across the Brisbane River between the Centenary Bridge and the CBD,” Bailey said.
